Zelensky Adviser Says He’ll Resign Over Comments on Dnipro Strike

In televised comments after a devastating Russian strike in Dnipro on Saturday, the adviser, Oleksii Arestovych, said that the missile had been struck by Ukraine’s air defense system before crashing into an apartment building. He later apologized.
