Linda, 61, has liver malignant growth, her third repeat of the malady - she was determined to have the auxiliary terminal bosom disease in 2017.
Anne, 69, has bosom malignancy for a subsequent time.
In a meeting with The Sun, they said they got some answers concerning their analyses around a similar time in May.
In June, the two of them experienced a series of chemotherapy together at Blackpool's Victoria Hospital.
Linda depicted telling their different kin the news: "We giggled and we cried truly. It's insane.
"Disregard the Chemical Brothers, we've become the Chemo Sisters."
Their sister Bernie passed on from malignancy in 2013.
Linda first had the bosom disease in 2006, trailed by cellulitis and lymphoedema in her arm in 2007, and optional malignancy on her pelvis in 2017.
She says of her ongoing determination: "I figured my outputs would simply be fine as they regularly seem to be.
"On 7 May our sister Maureen called me at 10 am to state that Anne's bosom malignant growth had been affirmed.
Uneasiness assaults
"At that point, 30 minutes after the fact my oncologist's secretary called me to state, 'We need you to have an MRI exam on the grounds that we've seen something on your liver'.
"I was unable to tell anybody then since they were so clearly crushed about Anne."
Anne's bosom malignant growth is stage three, the most genuine being stage four.
Her first bosom malignant growth finding was in 2000.
The pair said lockdown and the dread of getting coronavirus when they have smothered invulnerability following treatment had made the circumstance more troublesome.
Anne said she had tension assaults.
"What's more, I consider part it is on the grounds that I've not had the option to see my girls and grandkids.
"I've not contacted them, I've not had the option to embrace them or kiss them. Also, I believe that is the thing that makes me more tragic than anything."
The sisters are having six rounds of chemotherapy each. Both have lost their hair after their initial medicines.
Linda stated: "What you look like is a piece of showbiz and everyone gets marked. I was blonde with large boobs. So malignant growth has removed that from me."
She said she has gotten some information about her future, and stated: "As long as the treatment is there and I can have it and I react well to it I may be around for another 15, 20 years, ideally.
"At that point, I'll be an elderly person. I'll be 75 out of 15 years, and I would've had an incredible life. So's the reason I'm once more, for the third time, going to give it all that I have."
The Nolans had a series of hits remembering 1979's I'm for the Mood for Dancing and Don't Make Waves.
